Abhinav Kumar Pandey

He has successfully managed over 1,000 trademark applications, achieving registration in more than 700 cases — a track record that reflects both his technical expertise and his ability to navigate complex, multi-party filings with precision.
His IP practice spans the full spectrum: trademark prosecution, copyright registration, patent filing strategy, IP licensing, opposition proceedings, and enforcement before regulatory bodies and courts. He works closely with startups, creative professionals, and growing businesses to build and protect IP portfolios in a strategically coherent manner.
Complementing his IP practice, Abhinav advises on entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial agreements governing IP assets — providing clients with integrated advisory as they scale their businesses. He is also representing Clients before Regional Director, ROC’s, NCLT (Alias Corporate Courts in India) & various other quasi-judicial bodies.
He is the founding partner of “Satvikam Advisors LLP”. Food Industries Project Implementation Firm and is advising Clients how to set up Food Processing Industries and avail Grants from the Government of India.
Manpreet is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate and Post Graduate in Commerce. He is registered with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, eligible to be appointed as an Independent Director. He has also done certifications courses under India Food Safety Readiness Program powered by Food Processing Skills-Canada.

He has advised on commercial contracts, cross-border funding arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and due diligence engagements across real estate, automotive, and defence sectors. He has structured foreign direct investments exceeding INR 5,000 million and has successfully managed complex multi-jurisdictional joint ventures involving international stakeholders.
